Data Deletion Request

We respect your right to delete the personal data we hold about you. This page describes how to request deletion across all Ronin Data Solutions services — including our marketing-data platform (Meta Ads, GoHighLevel, Stripe integrations) and our AI agents (P&L Intelligent Report, Outreach, and any custom agents we operate on your behalf).

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to vishal@ronindatasolutions.com with:

  • Subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
  • The email address(es) and/or business name associated with your account
  • Optional: a short note describing which data you want deleted (full account, specific connected accounts, AI agent inputs only, etc.)

What Happens Next

  1. We confirm receipt within 2 business days.
  2. We verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
  3. We delete your data from production systems within 14 days and from backup systems within 90 days.
  4. We send you a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

What We Delete

  • All contact information you provided
  • All synced data from your connected Meta, GoHighLevel, and Stripe accounts
  • All audit reports, dashboard snapshots, and analytical outputs tied to your account
  • All AI agent configurations, saved inputs, and stored outputs associated with your account

About AI Agent Data

Our AI agents do not store the data you submit to them on our servers — inputs and outputs are processed in memory and discarded after the response is returned. The AI infrastructure we use (Anthropic's API) retains request data for at most 30 days for trust and safety monitoring, then permanently deletes it. There is nothing for us to delete on the AI processing side beyond that automatic cycle. Account-level configuration and any optional saved outputs are deleted under the process described above.

What We May Retain

  • Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics
  • Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. tax records, fraud-investigation logs) for the period required by law
