Ronin Data Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides marketing analytics, ad-sync tooling, and custom AI agents for businesses. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and your rights — covering both our marketing-data platform and the AI agents we build and operate.
1. What We Collect
The data we collect depends on which of our products or services you use.
a. Contact information you provide
- Name, business email, phone number, and company name.
- Information submitted via our contact forms or scheduling tools.
b. Marketing platform data (Meta, GoHighLevel, Stripe)
When you connect a third-party account to our marketing platform, we collect:
- Meta Ads data — campaign, ad set, and ad-level performance metrics from connected Meta ad accounts via the Meta Marketing API.
- GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM data — contacts, lifetime value signals, tags, and pipeline metadata from connected GHL accounts.
- Stripe transaction metadata — payment IDs, amounts, currency, and timestamps. We do not store credit-card numbers or other payment instrument details.
c. AI agent data
Our AI agents (such as the P&L Intelligent Report, Outreach, and custom agents we build for clients) process the data you explicitly submit to them. This typically includes:
- Files you upload (e.g. P&L CSVs, prospect lists, source documents).
- Business context you provide (company name, industry, workflow-specific parameters).
- Inputs you supply through agent interfaces (text prompts, form fields, configuration settings).

d. Usage data
- IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on our site.
- Cookies used for session authentication only.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Sync customer LTV signals between GoHighLevel and Meta to improve ad-targeting accuracy.
- Send Stripe purchase events to Meta's Conversions API for attribution and reporting.
- Generate audit reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs about your ad campaigns and business data.
- Run AI agents on the data you submit — analyzing financial files, drafting outreach, or executing the workflow the agent is built for.
- Respond to inquiries, deliver requested services, and send relevant communications with your consent.
- Improve our website, services, and user experience.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:
- Third-party platforms you have authorized us to connect with — Meta, GoHighLevel, Stripe, and similar services where you have explicitly granted access.
- AI infrastructure providers — primarily Anthropic, whose API powers our AI agents. Anthropic's API is independently SOC 2 Type II certified, does not use customer data to train models, and retains data for at most 30 days before permanent deletion. See our AI Security page for full detail.
- Service providers who help us operate our website and infrastructure (hosting, email, analytics), under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal authorities when required by valid legal process.
We may share aggregated, anonymized statistics publicly, but never anything that identifies you or your customers.
4. Data Retention
- Marketing platform account data — retained while your account is active, plus up to 90 days after cancellation for backup-recovery purposes. After that, all identifying data is deleted.
- AI agent inputs and outputs — not stored on our servers. Data is processed in memory and discarded after the response is returned. Anthropic retains API request data for up to 30 days for trust and safety, then permanently deletes it.
- Contact form submissions — retained until you request deletion or for a maximum of 24 months from last contact.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest for all stored data, and access controls limiting employee access to data on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we follow industry best practices.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Disconnect any third-party account at any time.

7. Cookies & Tracking
Our application uses cookies only for session authentication. Our marketing site may use limited analytics cookies to understand site usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers on our own site.
8. Children
Our platform and AI agents are for business use only. We do not knowingly collect data about children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email to account owners, and the updated revision date will be posted on this page.
