Terms of Service

By using Ronin Data Solutions (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. The Service includes our marketing-data platform (which connects Meta Ads, GoHighLevel, and Stripe) and the AI agents we build, host, or operate on your behalf.

1. What the Service Does

Ronin Data Solutions provides:

• A marketing-data sync and analytics platform that connects Meta Ads, GoHighLevel, and Stripe to surface insights and optimize ad campaigns.
• AI agents — including the P&L Intelligent Report, Outreach, and custom agents built for clients — that automate analytical and operational workflows.
• CRM consulting, AI integration, and custom data solutions under separate engagement agreements.

2. Your Account and Authorization

• You must be authorized to connect any account (Meta, GoHighLevel, Stripe, or others) you link to the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You agree not to use the Service to violate any third-party platform's terms (Meta Platform Terms, Stripe Services Agreement, GoHighLevel terms, etc.).
• You represent that you have the right to submit any data, files, or inputs you provide to our AI agents.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service or our AI agents.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications, spam, or content that violates applicable laws.
• Upload data you do not have the right to process.
• Use our AI agents to generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm third parties.
• Resell the Service or sublicense access without our prior written permission.
• Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions.

4. Data Ownership and License

You retain ownership of all data you upload, connect, or submit to our AI agents. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data solely to deliver the Service to you.

5. AI Agent Output

Our AI agents generate analytical reports, drafted communications, and other outputs based on the data you provide. These outputs are decision-support tools, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before acting on them, especially in financial, legal, or other regulated contexts.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

7. Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ronin Data Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account or end any engagement at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can request deletion of your data at any time via our data deletion page.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Travis County, Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
